Returns and Refund Policy
At Florence and May we love all of our products and our customers. We understand it is hard to get that right style, size or gift first time round. So if for any reason at all you are unhappy with the product purchased we have a 30-day return policy.
- Email us at info@florenceandmay.com.au to tell us the reason for your return and state whether you require a
- Refund
- Exchange **
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging as it has to be saleable for a full refund on its return

- Once the product has arrived back to us we will contact you regarding the refund processed or the exchange sent.
** On all exchanges shipping charges will be charged on the exchange item
Faulty or Damaged Product
At Florence and May we do our best to ensure that the product is of the highest quality when it leaves us. However sometimes during transit damages can occur. If this happens:
- Take a photo of the faulty or damaged product and immediately email the photo and details to info@florenceandmay.com..au so we can assess the damage on the product
- We will contact you once we have assessed the product for either a refund or replacement
- We will email you a return shipping label for you to attach and take to your local post office
- Once the product has been received we will then advise either the processed refund or replacement has be re sent
